Here at VCM Vending Coffee Machines, we pride ourselves on providing a high standard of service on every job that we perform. Our knowledge and passion for what we do is what sets us apart from the rest.

We provide a wide range of services for commercial coffee machines from Bean to Cup automatic machines to conventional espresso machines, from the provision of coffee machine spare parts through to general maintenance, coffee machine servicing and breakdown repairs. We recommend, through our experience and knowledge in the field, that coffee machines are serviced regularly, to maximise their lifespan and because we know the importance of ensuring machinery is kept in excellent condition to minimise down time. The best type of maintenance is preventative not reactive – don't wait until your equipment breaks down to repair it, this is the most expensive way of doing it. One fault often leads to another and the cost of a call out and time is usually less than the money you could potentially lose in one day. If you are in the coffee business you will know the value of a working coffee machine and one that works well produces better coffee and keeps your customers coming back for more. All services can be carried out at your premises at a time convenient to you.

For all service and repair calls we attend, we try to get it right the first time! If you give us as much information about the faults or problems you encounter, there is a higher chance of the fault or problem being repaired with efficiency. We currently stock enough parts in our vans to allow 99% of our calls to be successfully completed without any need for a return visit.
